2026-05-24 Due to its dilapidated condition and serious structural deficiencies, rebuilding the commercial building is the only remaining option. A sales area, along with an office and storage space, will be created on approximately 100 square meters. The building, designed in the style of a rural finca, is expected to be completed within the next 6-8 months.

2025-12-31 Vine pruning now: To promote the vitality of the vines and achieve good yields, old shoots are removed and the fruiting canes are shortened to 1-2 buds (spurs) so that new, strong shoots can develop in the spring. Their droppings are a valuable organic fertilizer that contains many nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, which are important for the growth of the vines.
